After becoming a father, Dan found himself reflecting on the kind of emotional legacy he might pass on to his child. Wanting to better understand his own patterns, he was drawn to the Hoffman Process.
Growing up in a challenging home environment, Dan had developed a strong sense of self-reliance alongside habits of overworking, emotional distance, and a need to prove himself. While these patterns supported his early success, they also led to burnout, anxiety, and difficulty in relationships.
Through the Process, he began to recognise where these patterns came from and how they were shaping his life. With greater awareness and practical tools, he learned to respond differently, becoming more open, more balanced, and less driven by old habits.
Today, Dan feels more grounded and present, both at work and at home. His relationships have deepened, and he describes fatherhood as more fulfilling, shaped less by the past and more by conscious choice.
