About Us
The Hoffman Process in South Africa is delivered by a carefully trained team of facilitators working to the global standards set by Hoffman International. Each facilitator has undergone intensive personal and professional training, with ongoing supervision and development.
In addition, our local coordination and care teams are here to ensure your experience — from first contact to post-Process support — is handled with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
Based in California, Bob Hoffman developed a series of techniques that helped people reconnect with their emotional self and move towards forgiveness. He coined the term 'Quadrinity' to describe the four aspects of our being — Intellect, Emotions, Body and Spirit — and structured the Process around the principles of Awareness, Expression, Compassion & Forgiveness, and New Behaviour.
Over time, with input from psychologists, educators and thinkers, the Process evolved into the immersive, seven-day retreat it is today. Bob retired from teaching the Process in 1991 yet remained active in his work until his death in 1997.
