Before you decide to attend
To help you decide if you would like to attend the Hoffman Process, we offer you a range of information sources, including:
Free Regular Information Calls. These sessions are hosted on Zoom by our UK colleagues and offer an overview of the Process as well as an opportunity to ask questions. All calls are confidential and without any obligation.

Free One-on-One Consultations. Should you have further questions after an Information Call, you can schedule a confidential one-on-one call with our team. These calls are free and without any obligations. You can find our contact details here.

To complete this step of your enrolment, you will then be asked to pay a deposit of US$ 2'900. You fill find our refund policy and all Terms and Conditions here.

Pre-Process preparation
Once you have booked your place, we will reach out to you with the following:
Pre-course work
Personal one-one-one enrolment call
We will ask you to pay the balance payment of $[3000], as well as any additional services no later than [30]days before your Process.
After your Process
After your Process, we will make a range of Pre-course work alumni resources available to you, including:
Access to Alumni-only web portal with post-Process resources and materials
Post-Process events and courses
Pre-Process preparation
Once you have booked your place, our dedicated Enrolment Team - based in the UK - will reach out to you with:
Pre-course work. We will ask you to do preparation work before the Process. Our team will be on standby to help you with that work and to answer any questions you might have along the way.
A Personal one-one-one Enrolment Call. Our Enrolment team will have a personal onboarding call with each participant before you arrive at the Process. This is a chance for you to address any specific questions or concerns you might have.
Final Invoice: We will ask you to pay the balance US$ 3'000 - as well as any additional services you might want to book (e.g. extra accommodation nights) no later than 30 days before your Process.
After your Process
After your Process, you will have access to a range of post-course alumni resources, including:
Alumni-only web portal with post-Process resources and materials;
Post-Process events and courses; and
Alumni groups and communication tools.
