Closure: The Ceremony of Integration on the last night of the Process

We invite Hoffman Graduates to join us for the Hoffman Process Closing Ceremony at Montfleur Conference Venue in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Background to the Closure Evening

Closure evenings are held on Thursday night, thus the last evening of each Process. They are a great way to reconnect and revive your Process experience.

  • Experience the peace and beauty of your Ceremony of Integration again.

  • Re-experience the visualisations around forgiveness, connecting with your parents and spirit.

  • Meet up with Hoffman facilitators and other Hoffman graduates attending Closure.

  • Hear inspiring stories from other graduates and share your own.

  • Enjoy a celebratory dinner with participants who have just finished the Process.

The evening is open to all Hoffman graduates, and is free of charge to attend. There are a limited amount of spaces available on each Process, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please arrive at 4:45pm for a 5.00pm start. We aim to finish by 9.00pm. A celebratory, buffet-style dinner is provided.

Important Rules of Engagement for the Evening

  1. If you have not already updated us on any medical dietary requirements or allergies, please do so.

  2. If your mobile number has changed since you did the Process, please email a current contact number to reach you on.

  3. If you know somebody on the Process (whether a friend or family member), make sure you share that with the office, as we will need to check with them that they are happy for you to come.

They may prefer to keep their Process separate from their personal world for a bit longer, and we ask you to be respectful of their wishes if that is the case. We will let you know as soon as possible once a facilitator has checked with them.

Note: It is not possible to attend the Closure of a spouse/partner or child.

  4. Closure is likely the first time that Process participants have seen anyone from the ‘outside world’ for days. They are deliberately out of touch with news and external events to allow them to focus on their Process experience.

Please remain mindful and no not start any conversations about current affairs, sports, the news, etc…

  5. If you are addressing any questions from the participants, we ask you to keep your answers short, and to reply in a positive and calm manner. In short, we like you to keep the sprit of the Process through the evening.

If you have any questions, the Hoffman office will be able to help.
