Process Logistics
Each Process starts on a Saturday morning at 9am and ends on a Friday at 2pm. Accommodation can be booked for the Friday night before the start of a Process.
In order for you to get the most out of your Process, and to create an environment in which each person gains the maximum benefit from their work, we require students to electronically and digitally disconnect from the outside world.
This means that telephone calls, emails, and texting are not permitted, as well as connecting to the internet and other “outside” means of communication.

Venue
Nestled in the Blaauwklippen Valley on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, Mont Fleur is a small, family-run venue set among vineyards, fynbos, and mountain ranges. Exclusive to a single group at a time, it offers a calm, intimate environment, ideal for reflection and personal work.
Mont Fleur is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Guests enjoy comfortable en-suite accommodation, beautiful natural surroundings, and nourishing, thoughtful meals, all contributing to a deeply supportive and restorative experience.
Food
Meals at Mont Fleur are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, many sourced from the on-site vegetable and herb garden. Everything is made with care, including daily baked breads and pastries.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are simple, comfortable, and restful, each with en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding mountains. Designed to feel warm and homely, they provide a quiet space to relax and recharge between sessions.
Fees
The tuition fee for the Hoffman Process is 100'000 South African Rand (ZAR).
The Process fee is payable in two instalments: ZAR 10'000 upon signup, ZAR 90'000 balance payment 21 days before the Process.
The fee covers your accommodation from Saturday to Friday, all meals, over 100 hours of professional instruction, personalised support throughout the week, and all course materials. Additional nights of accommodation and personal transport services can be arranged at an extra cost.
Travel
Mont Fleur is located ~ 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and ~ 45 minutes from Cape Town city centre.
