Hoffman Introduction Days are one-day workshops led by members of the Hoffman facilitator team. They’re hands-on, using techniques from the Process itself, so whether you go on to do the full seven-day course or not, you will be offered a range of useful skills and practical tools to help you with your day-to-day life. We will be publishing our next workshop date shortly.

The Hoffman Essentials online weekend will introduce you to Hoffman techniques and practices that you can take away and use immediately. Each weekend combined taught sessions with solo exercises, visualisations and activities away from the screen. What’s more, if you go on to book a residential Hoffman Process within a year of completing the Essentials, you’ll receive £100 discount on your Process booking.
